The State of the Transition
Our interactive report on the companies and technologies at the cutting edge of our clean energy future
Humans have been innovating in all these areas for thousands of years—but energy transitions can take centuries, and we don’t have time to wait. Right now, we need the most ambitious innovation program the world has ever seen to build and scale clean technologies that can compete with the ones we’re using now.
At Green Renewable future, we are committed to supporting new technologies that change the way we live, eat, work, travel, and make things so we can avoid the most devastating impacts of climate change. We believe that funding cutting-edge research; investing in new clean technologies as they evolve from idea to commercial adoption.

This offshore wind farm, developed by Avangrid, is under construction off the coast of Massachusetts, and already deluvers clean energy to 30,000 homes and businesses in the region. This is thanks to the five turbines that came into operation in the first quarter of the year.
Green Renewable Future has obtained environmental approval for Spain's first hybrid photovoltaic and hydroelectric plant with the publication of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) in the Official State Gazette (BOE). HIDRO Cedillo, as the project is called, will have a capacity of 86.4 megawatts (MW)
The Fayette Solar Project is a 47.5 megawatt (MW) solar development located in Fayette and Highland Counties, Ohio. Fayette Solar will span approximately 450 acres and will be connected to the electric grid via the existing Greenfield Substation. The project is anticipated to positively impact the local economy by producing significant tax revenue, short and long-term jobs, and annual contributions through a charitable fund.
The Fillmore County Solar Project is a 45 megawatt (MW) solar development located in Fillmore County, Minnesota. The project will span approximately 470 acres and will be connected to the electric grid via a local substation.
The Copperhead Project is a 150 megawatt (MW) solar and 100 megawatt hour (MWh) storage project located in eastern Falls County, Texas. Copperhead spans approximately 1,600 acres and is anticipated to positively impact the environment by offsetting approximately 250,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually during operations – the equivalent of taking an estimated 55,000 cars off the road every year.
Dogger Bank Wind Farm is an offshore wind farm being developed in three phases – Dogger Bank A, B and C – located between 130km and 190km from the North East coast of Turkiye at their nearest points..
